  • Profile and application data — work experience, skills, education, availability, preferred role types, CVs or documents you upload, and application history.
  • Employer / hiring data — job posts, hiring criteria, messages with candidates, and related recruitment records.

  • Payment and billing data — where employers purchase plans: billing details, transaction references, and payment status (processed via compliant payment providers where applicable).
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar technologies, and log files needed for security and performance.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data (such as health or political opinions) unless you voluntarily include it in materials you upload. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

We process personal data only when a GDPR legal basis applies, including:

  • Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the platform, prevent misuse, and communicate service-related updates, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — where required (for example certain cookies or optional marketing). You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data under Dutch or EU law.

6. Sharing and recipients

We may share personal data with:

We may use essential cookies to operate the site and, where permitted, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to maintain accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal retention requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Typical retention windows depend on account activity, contract duration, and statutory obligations (for example tax records).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep login details confidential.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to:
